Viele Fans sind nun traurig, aber es musste so kommen. Artists, die unter SMTown aktiv sind – damit auch EXO – wurden in Chile sehnlichst erwartet. Die geplante Pressekonferenz sollte im Mall Plaza Egaña stattfinden. Aufgrund schwieriger Sicherheitsbedingungen wurde diese allerdings nun abgesagt. Fans befanden sich im ersten Stock und noch höher, was das Label nicht gerne sah. Da das Management der Mall diese Situation nicht unter Kontrolle bringen konnte, sah man sich gezwungen, die Veranstaltung platzen zu lassen.

people weren’t supposed to be on the first floor for safety measures and they were told in various occasions yet they didn’t pay attention, so sm had to cancel everything
